Campus Events & Conference Services (CECS) provides a valuable service to the University of Toronto community and wider Toronto audience through the management of shared academic spaces, including classrooms, lecture halls, building foyers and atriums, and conference centres on the St. George campus.

The CECS team are experts in event planning. We manage the rentals of university-owned spaces and work with clients on all event logistics to ensure a smooth event experience for all attendees.  

Working closely with university faculty and staff, CECS works behind-the-scenes to set the stage for U of T and its surrounding community to create impactful moments that propel research and innovation.
